Cash Section  

Cash section is one of the most vital section of this council. The cashier DPSC, Burdwan, Ramkrishna Medda, Phone No-0342-2662372.

Following duties are carried out by the Cashier:-

1. Total cheques issued by the D.D.O (of Both Primary teacher and Staff of D.P.S.C, Burdwan) are sent to the treasury and after clearance the said cheques are sent either to the concerned banks or to different section of DPSC, Burdwan.
2. The cheques, Drafts, Excess payments received from different section are deposited to the Council Heads.
3. Preparation of Budget twice in a financial year is performed by this section.
4. Cash Book for cash received cash and payments are maintained throughly.
5. Any kind of excess payment is be deposited to the concerned Heads of this council in consultation with the cashier.
